Has anyone used Tableclothsfactory.com?

It may cost me over $900 to rent chair covers and sashes, and about half of that to buy the covers and sashes. Has anyone used this website? How was the quality of the product? How fast was the shipping?

I did!  I placed two orders actually.  The first one I ordered a bunch of different table runners in different colors and fabrics as samples.  They came really fast and the quality was great.  I ended up placing a second order for the runners I actually used for the wedding.  Again, the order came in really quickly and the quality was great.  Each item was packaged separately in plastic, brand new, good quality.

We also rented some other items from a rental company, and I took the table runners in there to color match some other items.  They were so impressed with the runners that they asked me where I got them because they wanted to purchase a bunch themselves to use as rentals. lol.

My one recommendation is if you're wanting to go with a color, do what I did... purchase some items in the different colors as samples.  If you have different fabrics you're looking at, get the different fabrics too.  Some of the colors varied a little from fabric to fabric and some were a bit different than they appeared on my monitor, which is to be expected.  They do have a return policy so you could technically send them back after seeing them.  The runners were cheap enough that it wasn't really worth my effort to bother.

I ordered overlays from them and my venue St Clements Castle actually wanted to purchase them from me because they were such great quality.  I ordered the ivory taffeta crinkle for the reception and the fuschia crinkle taffeta for the cocktail hour.  I was amazed at the quality.  No experience with their chair covers but I would rec. their quality.

The runners I got were the crinkle taffeta too.  I did order the satin and the organza ones also, and all were nice.  I just loved the texture and depth of color that the crinkle taffeta had.

THanks ladies. This is probably a dumb question, but do you have to press the chair covers beforehand? I'm just trying to figure out the logistics of if I but them, what that'll entail.

I did have to press everything when I got it.  It was all VERY creased, which isn't surprising since it was fonded and boxed.  I'm sure you'll have to also.  I actually used a steamer.  It was easier for me to hang the runners off my shower rod and use the steam than to iron them.

I was actually very PISSED with my day of coordinator because I had a few specialty linens that the rental company provided.  She didn't press then, and of course I didn't notice that day.  When I saw the pictures, our sweetheart table, cake table and escort card table looked like CRAP!  The linens were so heavily creased it was unbelievable to me that she did absolutely nothing to make them look better. They looked like checkerboards. so bad... (obviously I never mention her on here because she's probably the one vendor that I was highly disappointed with.)

FYI, I just got an email from them that they're running a sale on table runners through 8/2.  The coupon code is: f4ewfrfes

  • Can anyone tell me how fast their order arrived in? I'm trying to determine if I need to upgrade the shipping on my order, since I waited until now to order - and my wedding is 12 days away.

Yes, I know, I am crazy for waiting this long! :-)
