NWR: Salon recs??

Hey girls, I haven't been real happy with Hair Cuttery lately, which is where I have always gone for haircuts and highlights. Can anyone rec their salon (preferably Bucks/Montco - I am in the Hatboro-Horsham area)? I would esp. appreciate recs that have used their salon for highlights/coloring, since this would be a top priority for me. TIA!!

    Definitely not in Bucks/MontCo... I go to Salon Moda in Media (DelCo).  My wash/cut/dry is $38 I think.  Which is pretty pricey IMO, but they do a great job.  I had them do my highlights and toning before the wedding, which was only like $75.  My stylist is Val, but from what I've seen all of their stylists are good.

    I've been going to Monica there for like 4 years.
    Ive never dyed my hair or anything I only go for the cuts but my cousin goes there also and gets highlights and loves it

    Blue Hair Studio in Huntingdon Valley, PA. It's kind of pricey but worth the money.

    I had cut and highlights done by Jill (my wedding hair stylist) and she works out of a salon in Jenkintown. LePapillon is the name of the salon. http://www.lepapillonhairsalon.com/

    Thanks girls! I'll have to look into these... Can anyone let me know about their pricing? You can PM me if you prefer. I have really only ever done Hair Cuttery so I am expecting some sticker shock. Although, to be honest, I didn't think their highlights were really cheap anyway...

    IMO Hair Cuttery is not any cheaper than Jills place.  Not like they give you 15 dollar highlights at Hair Cuttery. ;)

    No Way, Jose! Highlights are like $60-70 for partial and $90-$100 for full (I believe)... My issue would probably be with the cost of a cut... Because THOSE are cheap there... So it might be a hard pill to swallow to be paying more than $30 for a cut...

    I will second Salon Moda. I went there when I lived in Media and was very happy. I love my salon now - Techniques in Blackwood, NJ. But that is a long haul from you area.
