    Notes:  Included in the rental price is chiavari chairs, table cloths in black or white, accent linens and sashes in 36 colors, centerpieces (not custom), use of vases that they have in house.  Also included is a wedding coordinator who will assist with other vendors and most of the planning details, and a day of bridal assistant. They have a preferred list of vendors they recommend but you do not have to use any of them.

    Outdoor ceremony option:  Yes, there is a gazeebo in front of a small pond as well as the option of getting married in the actual vineyard
    Price: $150/hr, byo caterer. You have to buy/serve their wine @ $12-20/bottle, but you are allowed to byob. They have tables ($10)/linens($8)/chairs($1) you can rent as well as a media system($100).

    DIY:All decor will be diy.

    Price: It depends on the day of the week.  For our Sunday evening wedding it's $2500 for the chapel, $1,200 for the ballroom, $7,000 food and beverage minimum (this is much higher on saturdays especially during the busy wedding months), then there is a charge for every little extra thing you want.  i.e.: colored linens, extra bartender, uplighting, disco lighting, LCD screens, etc.  +  service charge and tax

    DIY:  You can do your own centerpieces and decor but that's about it.  Everything else you have to get through the Piazza
