I haven't been on the boards much the past week or so. I've been (gasp!!) reading a book. How's everyone? Anything new and exciting?

I've been trying to catch up on some old posts and I'm a bit disappointed that I missed that loco chick last night (the one with the horse).

I am trying to figure out what to do for dinner. I honestly cant decide so I am thinkig of just going to get something easy at the grocery store. Easy for me = shrimp for some reason. Im a weirdo.

I'm making chicken thighs and baked potatoes in an attempt to make it appear as if I'm making an effort. I hate cooking on weeknights

I had chicken legs lastnight for dinner and it was delicious. Somehow I have guilted my husband into cooking dinner for me on nights when I see my trainer (and dont get home until after 7:30). Dinner has been ready for me once I got home each time.

Your husband is my hero. Tim would laugh in my face if I asked him to cook when he gets home :( In his defense, he leaves the house at 4AM and doesn't get home until 6:30PM. I suppose the LEAST I can do is cook :P

kd- you really need to move here. When you move to NC, the governor gives you $1700, a bushel of corn and 3 quarts of motor oil. It's like a welcome basket.

Heels - our power went out briefly. Matt freaked and decided that we were all going to die because we had the TV and computer on. Bless his heart. I had to tell him to sack up because he was scaring Ben.
