  You can buy water proof sealant to spray on dyed shoes JSYK, you can get it at a sporting goods store. I know because I've had the same issues with both the weddings I was in last year when it rained lol

  You only need them for one night, so I think you'll be fine as long as you don't super sweat or it rains.

  My shoes were Benjamin Adams Scarlett.  I had them dies to match the color of my bmaid dresses and they had rhinestones.  The heel was fat enough that I was able to walk on grass.
