Where's the usual Friday threads?

Oh, since we're flaming IRL people, I flame someone who works at my company (not someone I ever work with directly, thankfully). He is inappropriately Christian - like, trying to convert both a coworker and me during the work day. Unfortunately we seem to be on the same lunch schedule, so I often end up saying hi to him. Fine, whatever.

Today he starts in with "You're so skinny, do you diet?" no. "Well where are your parents from, you can't be 100% Chilean because Chileans don't look like you" US/UK "Oh, that makes sense. And do you feel ok like this? Not tired or weak?" Seriously coworker? Did you basically just tell me that I look like I have an eating disorder? In the US I would have told him that was inappropriate and walked away, but here I feel bad because outside of the workplace, people of his age (50s+) find it perfectly normal to comment on your appearance/weight, so I really just think he doesn't know and felt bad about verbally bitchslapping him.

There's a girl on my local board who's FI threw and a party while she was out of town and him and all his friends tried on her wedding dress and got "who knows what" all over it. She was only concerned about getting it cleaned. Not about her FI being a d-bag and letting all his friends try on her wedding dress. I flame them both.

This would be awesome and adorable.
I already have a Halloween costume picked out for when I'm pregnant and when I have a baby. But I couldn't come up with anything to be this year, just me. Fail.

I can definitely see that. Not to mention just my things, but this thing in particular. When leaving my house for an extended weekend, if I have to say "My wedding dress is in the closet, please do not wear it or allow your friends to wear it while drinking and dancing to Beyonce," there are some issues to iron out before a lifelong commitment is made.

People concern me.

Oh no, not a bad person at all. I was the first to point out that she needed to have a serious conversation with her FI before she needed to find a dress cleaner. He obviously doesn't respect her or her personal possessions.

In this situation, I would be okay with the title. Because that really is an unusual situation, unlike most brides who come here with the same problem we hear every other day and think they're Uneek. You don't hear of many brides with THAT problem!
