  Oh - and I also ordered funky colored paper straws, fun paper bags for the candy bar treats and won another bid for a killer vintage suitcase that I am using as a prop off of ebay.

  Who did you use on etsy?  I have been trying to do our invites myself with no luck.  Closing in on a month before I wanted to mail them, I think I better get on ordering them and give up trying to do it myself.  There are too many choices on etsy!

  I am in St. Petersburg!  We are getting married on Sunset Beach which is a tiny beach between Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach.  :)

  I used MossyDog. She was wonderfully priced and quick response and turn around time.
  
  This is a link to something we sorta went with.  We are doing a Vintage Nautical themed wedding - Old world travel esque.
  
  We used Navy Ink for the invitations backed on an antique gold backing and she used the vintage map of the actual beach we are getting married on from years past when the towns were named differently, etc.  It's perfect.  She also put a tiny compass on the bottom which ties into our theme.  So the link isn't ours but imagine that with the extras.

  I can honestly say - I LOVE this city.  Well at least the area around downtown.
  
  Word of advice - try and live as close to downtown as possible is that is feasible.  There are some really unique neighborhoods in the area.  Our downtown is just absolutely incredible, vibrant, fun, ALWAYS a million things to do!

  That is perfect! That whole area is super convenient to getting downtown :)
  
  The base is right over the bridge so a really quick commute. USF has a big campus downtown so check out that one as well. Not sure of their programs however.

  Thanks!  I already know what program I want to apply to so I don't think I'll get much of a choice on campuses ;-)  I want to start talking to a realtor!!  heheehe :-)
