    I responded too. I'm traveling for work with only my iPad so don't hold my typos against me.  Just so you know, I don't mind sharing any type of information. This board was invaluable for me when I was doing a majority of my planning and its all information you could find out with a couple of phone calls anyway. Feel free to ask if you have other questions.
