i2i. As long as you bathe regularly, what's wrong with armpit hair? Most men have it. I know it's not the norm for women to have it, which is probably why most will find it gross, but it doesn't go against bodily hygiene.

Thank you. I looked it up later and the boiling point is 212. At 240, water is a vapor. At 212, its bubbling. I'm pretty sure the lady's coffee was not bubbling in her cup. Oh I agree. I know that 240* will burn you a hell of a lot more than 160*, but 160 would still burn you, and it would still hurt like a biitch. So even if the coffee was the "right temperature", she still would have been burned in that scenario.

This is the only thing I get a little crunchy nuts about. I avoid shaving my legs at all costs; of course I don't really have visible leg hair so it doesn't matter anyway. But if H wants to feel smooth legs, then he can shave his own. I shave my pits but that's only because I can't get past the pokey uncomfortable stage of growing my hair out.

I can't go more than a couple days without shaving my legs and it pisses me off. I swear to shiit, I miss a day and my gams turn into fucking brillo pads. Ben will not touch them, lest he shred his skin right off his bones.

Okay - obviously not that bad, but really. If I skip a couple days they itch like hell. My leg hair is so thick and so bristlely. Feeling it scrape on the inside of my pants - UGH it's worse than nails on a chalk board.

  • I don't get the NickiVegan hate here. She posted that gross period stuff in a thread that was about gross period stuff, not out of nowhere. And she does seem to be pretty crunchy, to say the least, but I've never seen her pushing her views on anyone. She said she doesn't shave her pits because she doesn't want to conform to gender norms, not that all woman should stop shaving because the man was holding us down by making us remove our body hair. We all come here to chat about random things in our life, and bring up some kind of out there stuff when it's relevant. So does she. She just happens to lead a different lifestyle than most of us. So what. People like her are why I like talking to people on the internet. She is not someone I would probably ever encounter IRL but we were brought together by a wedding message board. I think it's kind of cool.
