Pier 4 Courageous Sailing?

I'm thinking of holding my ceremony at Pier 4 Courageous Sailing in Charlestown Navy Yard. Anyone else hold their ceremony/reception there? What did you think?

I attended a wedding there and it was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I heard it takes a lot of work and a lot of details (my friend had a planner) but it has a lot of potential.
