Veil or no veil? PIP

Hello ladies!  I am trying to decide if I want to wear a veil with my dress, and if so what style/length.  My dress has a chapel train.  Picture of me in my dress below (excuse the funny look on my face!)  Thanks for your input!

since you have a chapel length train, i wouldn't try and compete with that and go with maybe a fingertip veil or even a birdcage veil depending on the overall style of your day.  i would get some embellishments on it too, some slight beading or something? the satin on your dress is lovely and this is a great way to let your dress stand out but accessorize it at the same time.

    good luck!!

I agree with heizer.  Anything too long would cover up the tiny waist this dress gives you.  I am wearing a cascading veil (kind of has that waterfall effect), and they make them with a bit of beading/embelishments on them too if you want.  Otherwise simple white piping on the edge will be really classic.

    Best of luck!

I think a fingertip veil , either the cascade or angel effect with simple edging or light beading.

Cascading fingertip, maybe with some satin edging or beading

I didn't actually vote, because I think it is a personal preference.

My dress has similar lines to yours and I am not wearing a veil.  I am putting a flower in my hair instead.  I am just not comfortable in a veil, but if you are, then a fingertip length veil would be great.  Something simple with satin edging.

How are you wearing your hair? I heard your hair shouldn't be longer than your veil, which is why I ditched the birdcage idea myself. It looked weird with my half up style.

I think fingertip would be really nice, maybe with some beading on the edge. I also think a hair flower/feather/fascinator would look nice because your dress doesn't seem to have a ton of beading or anything.
