I would like to make my dress into a more defined sweetheart and add more sparkle to the neckline. Is this an easy thing for a seamstress to do?

I e-mailed a local seamstress these pictures after talking to her on the phone, but I haven't heard any response from her about this and now I can't get a hold of her.

What do you think? Would it cost me a ton of money to do this?
The first gown is mine, and I would like it to look very similar to the other..

    I am having my dress made into a sweetheard neckline. Honestly, I don't know the cost yet though.

    they are definitely possible!!

    my dress has no sweetheart neckline at all, and my seamstress is converting it into a sweetheart for just $100.  I am absolutely certain it could be embellished as well! That might cost you more since you may need to supply the rhinestones.
