Just engaged yesterday! Ft Myers bride seeking info on Lover's Key State Park r/o

Hi ladies!

My boyfriend proposed yesterday at Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales...we are from Ft Myers and want to have a casual beach wedding.

I have my heart set on Lover's Key State Park, partly because of budget concerns (I have heard LKSP is very affordable) and wanting to have both the ceremony and reception on the beach.  However, I have also heard that Nature Recreation Management sometimes takes a while to respond to emails and as you can imagine I am RARING TO GO. haha.  

Anyone have any information on LKSP?
