How's everyone doing with their workouts and weight loss? I've been doing pretty good so far. Since I only have 2 classes this Module and they are on Tuesday/Thursday.. I've found myself getting back into a good routine of going to the gym on my no school days. So far I've lost 1.5 lbs in a week and a half. I cant wait to get back to the gym tonight. I'm getting to the point where I look forward to going now.

Monday I did a 20 min HIIT treadmill workout
Tues: I ran 3 miles and then went to my strength and tone class

Annoyingly, the scale says I've gained back 2 lbs this week. Not sure why, but I'm hoping it's just water weight. Thinking of trying an apple fast for two days to see if I can clear that up and get things going in the right direction. I'm so close to my next milestone (200 lbs) and I really want to get there!
No change in scale.
