OMG I want a coonhound so bad and a blood hound. I'm not a huge beagle fan but you're dog is super cute. She kind of looks like a blue heeler.

This is my little terror, Loki. Loki was a Norse god of mischief and trickery, and the name couldn't be ANY more fitting. For the first few weeks we had him, he lived on my shoulders. He would just sit up there and purr against my face while I sat on the couch, worked at the computer, washed dishes, or did chores around the house. I loved it. Now, he's like the Tasmanian devil, this whirlwind racing through the house, making a mess of anything that's in his path. I'll see him tapping at something to knock it off a table onto the floor, look at him and sternly say, LOKI NOOO, he'll stare at me and then with one big shove, knock it right on the floor. Gotta love his utter lack of respect for authority :P He still has his cuddly moments, where he'll get all in my face and purringly drool on me, which is sweet and completely gross at the same time. But he's my crazy little Loki and I wouldn't trade him for the world

I've been thinking it might be time to get him a friend, but I'm scared of what my house would look like if there were two of him!

This is my Gabby. I've had her for four years, but she was full grown when I got her from the pound so I'm not sure exactly how old she is. She has either cataracts or scars in both of her eyes so when she looks straight at you one eye is crooked.

I used to have an african grey parrot named spencer. He was such a handful and so loud. I definitely didn't know what I was getting into when I got it.

And Mel, did you get that cat hat at Target? I used to force my cat into a lion one, but he would completely wig out and thrash until he got it off.

I was going to post pictures of my cats, then remember that they were all on my old laptop which got stolen during a break in about a month ago. The camera was stolen too, so I can't even take new pictures. Wahh.

I have two very fluffy cats, one black and one white. They are kind of embarrassing because they look very expensive and high maintenance, but they are really both from the shelter and require very little care.

Mikey is a pure bred pug, he's 2.5 years old, I've had him since he was 8 weeks old and he's my lil man. He is very active one minute and then sleepy the next, but he makes a great guard dog!

Molly or Mrs. Molly Sue Nesibitt (Mrs. Nez for short) is half pug, half pekinese. She just turned 3 last month and she's a fiesty lil girl! We adopted her from a woman that was leaving the country. She's an excellent playmate and sister.

Elle- Yes, I got the hat at Target last year after Halloween. I actually got him a lobster costume this year, but it was too small

I always see cats smooshing themselves into tiny spaces like that, but never dogs!

@Paige- I love pugs! I think they are the cutest things ever, especially their little snuffle/snort noises. I'm pretty sure it is impossible to be angry when looking at one and yours just made me not so crabby. My boss thanks you.

Here are my two furry children. Since they both have people names I bring them up when my coworkers talk about how cute their non-furry babies are.

1 puppy! He is a 16 week old Newfoundland (big boy). His name is Zeus

This is when we first got him when he was 9 weeks old. He is quite a bit bigget than this now! at 16 weeks he is about 35-40 pounds. I cant pick him up anymore
