Random comment:

There is a show on about Extreme Airports and they are currently highlighting the St Martin Airport. The beach bar right at the end of the runway is where H and I had our first date.

Hellooo!!! I just got back from a very yummy dinner with H. He is being really cool right now and watching grey's with me - for a change.

Oh yeah, our first date was in Sint Maarten, our first "I Love you" was in the Courtyard of the Palais du Prince in Monte Carlo, and we got engaged in the Whitsunday Islands in Australia.

We love watching the travel channel, although this show is on the History Channel.

hey, i'll take cancelling an excursion over cancelling the whole trip

and ATV's aren't really my thing, that was for H anyway. I'm perfectly ok with parking my ass on a beach chair with a margarita.

I had this really tasty veggie dish with carrot cake for dessert. Best part was the shiraz to drink.

He proposed while we were sailing through the Hamilton Island Pass at sunset. He was a bit akward about it. It took me a split second to figure out if he was asking a hypothetical question or if he was actually proposing!

Scary thing is, I was wearing the same outfit I was wearing when he asked me out for the first time. Apparently, sailing shorts, a bikini top, a floppy hat and flip flops are his thing ;-) I vowed I would NOT be getting married in said outfit.

H just called... he's crossing the Mackinac Bridge right now (it's our little tradition to call home from the bridge). He'll be out of the cell reception area now until they're on their way home.
