    I think you were both a little ridiculous. You for being so hesitant and him for blowing it out of proportion. My main reason to think that is you said you would give him your SN, and then said but my wedding dress is on here! Well, if he has your SN, he can find the wedding dress.

    He was also being ridiculous by blowing the whole thing out of proportion, it is a little of "I want it now, mummy!", but I get where he came from.


    H and I share passwords on everything. He knows I am on here, and to my knowledge, doesn't look. But one time I picked up his phone to look at a text and he freaked out and snatched it back. It blew up pretty quickly, and I think, looking back at the situation, that we were both being silly.

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.     I just don't understand why anyone would think it's ridiculous to not want to give your sig other every single password to everything.  Dude, I trust FI, and I still don't feel the need to give him all my passwords, nor does he feel the need to ask.  Our wedding account is in my name, so he can only see the online stuff when I log into my account.  He doesn't need to see my banking info on my other accounts, so he doesn't need the password.  Though I'm happy to show him whenever he wants.

    Uh-huh.  Every post on the second page, with the exception of the dummy who dragged it up out of the ethers, has been berating her for posting in a completely dead thread.

    Wow, hi.

    Since it's been brought back to page 1, an update...

    FI and I talked about it that night.  He still doesn't understand my POV, but he's not annoyed anymore.  We basically agreed to disagree.  He did the reasearch with other resources, and we've moved on.

    Thanks, JK.  I think it just got out of control in the moment.  Once we had both cooled down it was clear that this was not something to fight over.  Just because he doesn't understand my point doesn't mean he doesn't respect it.  And he realized that this was not an indication that I don't trust him haha.  Although who knows what kind of mischief I could get into with my TK account!
