free room rentals at restuarants

Any restuarants around St. Paul South metro area that do free room rental with food minimum?? Looking for around 100 people and serving apps and desserts. I would like music to be available to me also.... any ideas?

    I can't find the email but I'm pretty sure The Lexington on Grand Av was free with a food minimum.  You'd have to email them for details, it's not on their website that I can find, but I remember they got back to me quickly.

    I remember Happy Gnome was pretty cheap too - but not free.

    Joseph's in DT St. Paul, they require a $100 deposit, but it goes towards your bill.  Their room is decent size so 100 ppl probably wouldn't be a problem.  They have a sound system with a mic.... not sure about music.

    Are you looking for your wedding or just for a rehearsal dinner, party, etc? I had my RD at Eagle Street Grill in downtown St Paul and they did not charge a room fee.
