Program Help, Please :)

I am doing our programs and am at a loss for words on what to put on the acknowledgement (thank you)/in memory page. Would anyone care to share theirs? Thank you!

This is what we put in ours:

Both of us would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for being a part of our lives. Your love and kindness has made this possible, and having you here makes this day even more special.

We would like to especially thank our parents, grandparents, godparents, and family members. Your unfailing love, continued patience, and endless support has not only helped us grow, but shown us countless examples of how to love and be loved. We feel truly blessed to be a part of such loving famlies.

    HTH!

    Here's ours... = )

    Special Thanks

    To our Family & Friends,
We would like to thank you, for traveling the distance, near or far, to join us in our marriage celebration. We have been blessed by your gracious love, support and friendship over the years, and look forward to its presence in the years ahead.

    To our Bridal Party,
You each have touched our lives in a special way and we are honored to have you in our lives today and always. You have helped us with so many details and given us the emotional support we needed during all of our planning. We cannot thank you enough, for being by our sides on this special day.

    To our Parents,
Your love and support goes beyond any we have ever seen, and more than we could have ever asked for. Who we have become, what we believe, and our ability to look towards a wonderful future together as husband and wife, comes from all that you have instilled in us. You have given us extraordinary examples of how to live, love, laugh, forgive, forget, and persevere. Throughout our lives, you have given us all that you could, and then amazingly, more. Thank you so very much for making this day possible. We love you with all our hearts.

    In Loving Memory

On this most special milestone in our lives, we remember those who could not be here with us today. Through the years their comfort, their wisdom, and their love helped shape our lives. Their everlasting presence is here today and in our hearts always.  The flowers on the altar are placed in loving memory of them. We love and miss you.

    With all of our love,
    Michael & Andrea

    Here is ours:

"We carry you with us (cursivey)
In loving memory of NAME, NAME, NAME, NAME, NAME & NAME. You may not be with us in body but you forever will be in spirit. The arrangement of flowers on the alter signifies your presence, which we carry with us every day. We miss you."

    "Thank You (cursivey)
We want to give a big Thank You to our families for making this day possible. Without you, we would not be here today and would not know how to have patience, love deeply and be thankful for the lives we lead. Thank you for your love, your support and your gudance over the years. We love you all! (Our names, cursivey)"

We chose not to include a thank you blurb (we opted to write individual thank yous to our "VIPs" ahead of time). Truly no offense to anyone who chose that route, but I think they can come across a bit trite and we didn't want to take that risk.

Here is what our in memory area said:

    We Remember (in cursive)

In loving memory of those who could not be with us today:

    Father of the groom
    [name]

    Grandparents of the bride
    [names]
    [name]

    Grandparents of the groom
    [names]
    [names]

Flowers near the altar are in loving memory of
    [father of the groom].

(We donated the altar flowers to the church for that weekend's services)
