  • Oh my gosh. I take Vitamin D to help with cramping, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. More often, it doesn't.
    I will probably get a massage here in a few weeks.

  • How about waking up with an an allergic reation to something that includes a full body rash/hives, itchy, fever, eyes hurting, and purple swollen lips. Yup, that kind of day. Oh, and it's my 30th b-day. Happy bday to me, yeah, right.

    I had that happen once when I was younger. I had the fan on in my room and my neck was soooo stiff the next morning. I literally could not sit up. Our next door neighbor that was a nurse had to come over and give me muscle relaxers.

  • how about a chiropractor? i have to go once a month and my body can tell when it's time, usually a couple of days before my appointment i'm stiffer then usual...
