Sunday ceremonies

I was planning on having a Sunday wedding and would like to have the ceremony in a Catholic church, but my church doesn't perform ceremonies on Sundays. Does anyone know of any churches in the Monmouth County area that allow Sunday ceremonies?

    My church is St. Catherine's in Holmdel, but they don't do Sunday ceremonies either.  Most don't because it interferes with Sunday service.  To be honest, it's hard enough getting married in a church that you don't belong to, and trying to find one that can do a Sunday wedding is going to be a challenge.  Is it possible to do a Friday night wedding instead?  It's easier to coordinate a Friday church wedding, plus you'll still get a good price on your venue.
