Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? i HATE vanilla scented candles. I'm also not a fan of cinnamon. Other than that I pretty much like every other scent.

Do you have a favorite everyday scent? In the winter, the Dipotyque candle that smells like burning wood. In the summer, a pear scented one from Kiehl's.
Do you have a favorite holiday scent? We got a hot buttered rum candle from Anthropologie and it smells really freakin' yummy.
What is your favorite brand? Don't have one.
Do you burn them daily? No
Does FI/DH like them as much as you? He likes them way more than I do. I think this is the first Xmas that I haven't bought him a scented candle for his stocking.
Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? Anything too sweet or too strong I can't handle.

Def ones I can't stand....not a fan of any of the ones with names that don't have actual smells: "Blue skies" "Autumn day" etc. "Ocean Breeze" was the most disappointing; it gave me a headache and smelled nothing like the ocean, beach, anything

Do you have a favorite everyday scent? I really like Greenhouse by Yankee Candle, but it's been discontinued. I also like Dune Grass or Clean Coton.
Do you have a favorite holiday scent? I don't own any holiday scents. Wouldn't mind a Christmas Tree scent.
What is your favorite brand? Yankee Candle.
Do you burn them daily? I try to, just because I have so many. Plus, since the people upstairs moved in, I can smell their smoke in my kitchen (I think it has to do with the vent fan), so I burn a candle to try to cover that.
Does FI/DH like them as much as you? I guess? He's never complained.
Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? Oh there are definitely scents I can't stand. I wouldn't want anything too sweet or too food-like.

Does FI/DH like them as much as you? he loves them more than I do. I don't mind, I just never used to burn candles like this before!
Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? we don't like anything too strong and apparently like food scents more than anything. I also agree on the scents that don't actually have a scent. I was totally disappointed in Yankee's Storm Watch. We pass the ones we don't like on to his mom

Do you have a favorite everyday scent? I like light florals (LOVED Butterfly Flower from B&BW), and spicy scents that are light & not overwhelming (Champagne Pear from Partylite ROCKS).
Do you have a favorite holiday scent? A heavier, more cinnamon-y scent. Red Apple Wreath from Yankee Candle is my favorite this year.
What is your favorite brand? I'm all over the place. I love Partylite, but also have Yankee Candle and sometimes B&BW.
Do you burn them daily? Used to. Less now with the boxer puppy.
Does FI/DH like them as much as you? He doesn't care.

Do you burn them daily? Now that I have a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen and living room, it feels less stifling to do so

Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? I can't stand anything that has "winter" or "wreath" in the title, which = pine and cinnamon crap. Most apple or fruit-scented candles are too fake, and smell like Bonne Bell lipgloss. Anything too floral is no good either (for some reason "wedding day" scents always smell like cheap florals, why is that?).

Oh, I also have specific fragrance oils that I use for certain things. Like, when I make fish or something smelly, or want to get a "cooking" smell out of the air, I use orange or lemon.

Do you have a favorite everyday scent? - I change with the seasons, so more summery scents, or autumn scents or whatever
Do you have a favorite holiday scent? - For Christmas time, we burn Balsam and Cedar. It reminds me of Christmas when I was a kid and my dad would burn it.
What is your favorite brand? - Yankee candle. The best!
Do you burn them daily? - I usually try to burn them when we'll be home a lot, to avoid burning for 45 minutes at a time and then having to blow it out. So no, but usually we do on weekends, especially in the cold weather
Does FI/DH like them as much as you? - Yes, he also grew up with Yankee Candles
Do you like them all or are there certain scents you can't stand? I don't like Lavender, or some other florals. A nice vanilla always goes over well. Yankee's scents are usually fine. It's the discount candles you have to watch out for!

Pepperidge Farm makes candles and they smell like vomit. I was disappointed because I thought they would smell like Mint Milanos.
