Problems finding a florist, help please!

I'm really having a hard time finding a florist. Anyone has any recommendations? My wedding is going to be in Winter Park and honestly I only need 2 centerpieces and 1 bouquet since it's only 15 guests in a long table.

I found a florist but minimun she wants to charge $300!

Please help my wedding is July 14 2012!

I also used Peddles..all of my arrangements were gorgeous and Vicki really worked with me to keep my price in budget.

I'm making my bouquet and centerpieces from flowers at Publix (the 3 for $12.) I bought tea rose bunches there last week that were an antique pink; I know I won't know which flowers are in season but I buy them often enough to know there is always something pretty. I have the patience to make the items and I am actually pretty good at arranging flowers. I don't have the patience to spend hundred of dollars on flowers that usually get thrown out at the end of the evening.
