Wedding Woes

TV shows

I guess it is that time of the year when networks start canceling stuff.

I've heard/read that Chase, CSL: LA, Sh*t my Dad says, The Defenders and Mad Love are all getting canceled. Of these, I only watched Mad Love, which I kind of liked. I'm bummed it is going away.

Anything else being canceled?

Fox cancels shows left and right each year.  Two of them I love: Chicago Code and Traffic Light.

    The Defenders, too?! WTF, TV?

At least Harry's Law got picked up. Now if they move it somewhere other than Monday, I might think about forgiving them for everything else.

Oh yeah, I heard about Outsourced, too. Honestly, I am surprised that held on as long as it did.

Private Practice and Smallville and season finales.  Praise jeebus.  Make way for some new, good blood.

Why are Desperate Housewives and Extreme Makeover still on though?  Ugh.

I haven't watched anything on CBS since the Winter Olympics.

Brothers and Sisters and V are done, too.

I'm very excited to hear about the new fall series.  Other than The Office and How I Met Your Mother, I don't really have anything on network tv to watch anymore.

We pretty much only watch Fox....which means about 1/3 of our shows get cancelled.  Brilliant.

I liked Sh*t my Dad Says a lot, but oh well.

I thought Mad Love was awful. DH loves it. He also watched V and Chase, and I wasn't particularly impressed with either of them.

The Event needed to go, but I liked Chaseand Detroit 187. Why don't they give shows at least 2 seasons to catch on?

CSI LA was starting to get better.

I really like BBT. I'm completely over HIMYM.

    Outsourced was awful.

Mr. Arb and I tried watching and enjoying BBT, but IDK. We just thought the humor was really predictable in the episodes we watched and couldn't get into it.

Sh8t My Dad Says would have been better without WIll Shatner. He's entirely to fabulous to play the gruff old man. I didn't believe it for a second.

Mad Love- Sarah Chalke will always be "Elliot" no matter what they bother naming her roles. She was "Single Mom Elliot" in HIMYM, and "Young Proffessional Elliot" in Mad Love.
Dear Rain, Not Today. Sincerely, My Parade
