E-Pics location in Dayton

Hey everyone! So we are wanting to get our e-pics done within the next couple of months, but we are having trouble finding a good location. We are getting married in October at Cox Arboretum, so we really would like to stay away from there for our e-pics. Does anyone know of some great outdoor locations in the Dayton area? (we can even go a little north of dayton)

Thank you!

Hello! I am also a Dayton bride.

We did our e-pics in a few different locations around Oakwood.

Oakwood Police building - it sounds odd, but its a beautiful building.
    Hills & Dales Metropark
    Smith Gardens

I would recommend looking into these locations for your pictures, we were very happy with ours!

    Good luck :)

Cox Arboretum will be BEAUTIFUL for your wedding :)

Downtown Dayton by the water/Dragons stadium has some cool areas, old buildings, benches, fountains, etc!

We're having our reception at Cox, too!  I think we're going to go ahead and have our e-pics taken there, too.  We'll only have an hour to take wedding pics there, so I want to make sure we get a bunch.

You could definitely go to Riverscape or any of the other MetroParks.  If you want garden pictures, try Wegerzyn.

Ahh--- Riverscape, that's what I couldn't think of the name of! :) My parents live in Dayton, but I don't so I'm not "super" familiar with it all.

Hope you find something you like ! :)

I second Riverscape- pretty! You could also walk down along the river from there. I went to the University of Dayton and it has some pretty architecture and landscaping, too.

Cox, Riverscape, there's also beautiful scenery at the Dayton Art Institute.

I did my E-pics a Cox, that will be gorgeous for the wedding day.

I would consider Carillon park as well for pics, lots of cool old buildings and you could take pics inside the trains, on the bridge, etc.
