I still have everyone's emails from when we did the Christmas swap, so I think a bunch of you got a spam email from me. I'm so sorry about hat! I have no idea how it happened. I got a spam email like this a few weeks ago, but I never opened it/clicked the link. Sorry again! Anyone have some advice for what I should do?

I had that issue with a hotmail account and I couldn't get it to stop. I changed my email everywhere that had hotmail to my iCloud email. It just came out and I've been waiting for it so it was good timing

I got it, but deleted it. No big deal, maybe change your password?

Change your password. If it was a gmail account, there is a setting that makes your email much more spam-proof, called two-step verification. It can be a PITA for you, but I did it after I had some spam issues.

I got and and that's why I emailed you about it. I figured it was spam.
It happened to me before. I just changed my password and it hasn't happened since.

I got it, but went ahead and deleted it because I figured it was spam. I think changing your password might help, but I don't really know much about it.

I just deleted mine too. I just wanted to let you know about it though so you could change your password. I had the problem before myself and no one ever told me until I looked in my sent mail for something and saw TONS of spam emails sent out from my account.

Like everyone else said.. change your password and check your internet security and anti virus software.

It means your e-mail account got hacked, which actually happened to me yesterday. Just change your password and you should be fine. My yahoo account got hacked and you can see your recent log in activity--when I changed my password I looked at it and my account had been logged into from Mexico and Spain. Crazy!
