Hi and Welcome to the boards!

There is a park in Coconut Creek called Fern Forest.  It's really pretty.  They actually has a banquet room you can rent out and a ceremony location, which is outside kind of like a boardwalk.  Very reasonably priced.  Here is the website.

    Hope this helps -  http://www.floridanaturepictures.com/dadebrow/fernforest/fern.htm

Welcome and congrats! Have you picked out the date yet? Also, what's your budget?

A friend of mine got married at Robbins Park in the Davie area last March. They have a gazebo you can rent for the ceremony. There was also a kitchen area with picnic tables (where the reception was) and a house you can rent (to get ready in). I think she spent a total of $6000 for 75 guests. That included her dress, too.

I looked at Robbin's Lodge in Davie, it is nice and very affordable, but they don't allow any type of alcohol there (although I have been to parties there with alcohol, so you might be able to get away with it), but my FI and I just didn't want to chance it.

I went to a few of the broward parks, they are nice, but ultimately I decided they were too big for my wedding which is also 50-60 guests. They allow beer and wine to be served, but nothing else.

Here is a link that lists all the parks that have rooms and their prices

If you are interested in a country club, Deer creek has a nice room for that size weddiing, I almost booked there.

Ultimately I ended up with a lunch at the Rusty Pelican because that was the only venue I loved that would give me a room for just 50 people and it had to be a lunch.
