Non-denominational Church in Green Bay

We're getting married in Green Bay and just started looking at Churches, it seems like some have a lot of rules about the ceremony, music and decorations.  We don't want to do anything crazy, just a simple ceremony, with a unity candle, rose petals on the aisle and more options for what music can be played.  I'm protestant and he is catholic so we  were looking into a catholic church where we could bring in a protestant pastor and incorporate something from both, but I don't think that's going to happen.  Any suggestions?

I am getting married at St John the Evangelist Catholic downtown...it is gorgeous!  The priest we have been talking to has just left, and there is a new one that will be marrying us.  He is younger which Im guessing may mean he is open to more?

A good non-denominational church is Celebration Church (used to be Bayside Christian Fellowship).  It is huge, and fairly new....It is just out of town on the East side on Humboldt road.  I went there a lot when I was younger as well.  Good luck on your search! I know there are a million churches in GB.

Did you try just opening the phone book and looking under non-denom churches??

We did, we're having the reception at the Black Forest restaurant.  The only Saturday it was available in September next year was the 10th.  So now we have to find a church that's available on 9/10/11, I think it might be a challenge.
