Bartenders in Calgary?

If you have a recommendation please let me know!
We are having our reception at a community hall and have to provide our own bartenders. We only need 2 and we are stocking the bar ourselves.
I contacted Black Tie Bartending and they wanted $600 for 6 hours. We cant afford that much.

Unfortunately no. We aren't originally from Calgary and only been here for 4 years.

What about contacting a bartending course or program in the city. They might have students willing to make some extra money or just know of people who would be willing to bartend a wedding.

This is late, but you can try seeing if the UofC has a bartending club. There may be some students there who you can hire, for a much better price.

I know that the UofA also has a bartending club in Edmonton; you could try them to see if they have any members who live in Calgary and would be there for your wedding date.

I tried emailing and calling the bartending school. No one got back to me.
So frustrating!!
