"My Dh and I are living a very healthy food and active lifestyle now and as of my last trip to the Dr. he was in is in the 71% on the weight chart.
He eats healthy, but still wants to gravitate to the carbs and fruits already despite everything we do to discourage it. He gets treats maybe 2x per week and almost all meals are protein heavy and we try to push veggies but he's not really into them.
