Complete f*cking whackadoo on ML for Baconsmom

An excerpt from a thread:

"My Dh and I are living a very healthy food and active lifestyle now and as of my last trip to the Dr. he was in  is in the 71% on the weight chart.

He eats healthy, but still wants to gravitate to the carbs and fruits already despite everything we do to discourage it.  He gets treats maybe 2x per week and almost all meals are protein heavy and we try to push veggies but he's not really into them.

I do think that despite what parents do genetics plays a factor."

    What's this 'we' isht?

She talks about him like he's her pet.   I bet his balls are on a chain around her neck.  Wow.

I'm pretty sure you can't marry a toddler and yet, she treats him like one.

I think the "he" is her son.  At least, I hope it is.

I can't tell if she's talking about her husband or her child, and I'm not really sure which is more disturbing.

The excerpt reads as though she's talking about her DH.  But I see how it could be about her kid.

Either way, WTF is wrong with fruit?!  And why would you limit a child's diet so severely?

Is there a link? I too want to think it is her husband, which is bad enough, but there is a reason her child would gravitate towards carbs, they are brain food. And kids are energy machines and carb load all the time.

Also, I LOVE when people completely can't understand the concept of the bell curve. "He's in the 71st percentile." Well, dumbass, someone has to be, because we're not all clones from a lab! If we were all 50th percentile, IT WOULDN'T BE IN THE MIDDLE ANYMORE. There is absolutely no way to ever get rid of the outliers in a population.

And yeah, WTF @ "he gravitates toward fruit"?! TEH HORRORZ.
