Sorry I've been MIA for a bit. Things have been nuts.
Kids started back at school, P moved to Dallas. He's job hunting and enjoying being on terminal leave. We're dealing with a lot of paperwork as he was denied Wounded Warrior Social Security b/c when the SSA office submitted the paperwork, they dind't mark him as a WW, they didn't put in his job title or his disability information, so they thought he was trying to claim a disability on a job he had 12 years ago - a car hop at sonic.... Needless to say, it was denied. LOL.
Now he has to start over with another 3 months to approve it. And if he gets a job before then, it's a wash and they cancel the application for good. Which means around $15k that he's due will just go away. Ugh.
Never thought I'd wish for him to not find a job right away...
