Registries

Where has everyone registered at? Have you had any issues registering at the places you did?

I was planning on registering at Kohl's and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Any pros/cons with either of these places?

Let me know what you think :) Thanks!

We regsitered at Macy's and BB&B.

BB&B was VERY easy to work with and they had a great selection.

We experienced more delays with Macy's.

We registered for almost everything at BB&B and then just a grill and grill cover at Sears.  Everyone loved using BB&B because of the 20% coupons.

we registered at target and sears. we had no issues with either (a lot of people say they have problems with target's return policy, but all of our guests gave us gift reciepts)...but i do think it would have been nice to register at BB&B.

we are still in the process but we did Crate & Barrel since I love their fun entertaining pieces and MACYS.
I have to say I checked out BBB today bc I got a coupon in the mail and it hit me that I didn't consider there (although a ton of my friends registered there!)
I was checking out the website and it looks like htey have an AWESOME selection.
I'm sort of wondering if i should register there as well

but i am thinking 3 places is a little much?

We registered at Kohls and Crate and Barrel.  C&B was easy to do, easy to add things to online, for returns and using the 15% off finish coupon.  Kohls didn't always update the registry so we rcv'd a lot of dups - returns were easy though

I remember checking out the Registry message boards and hearing some not so great things about the Kohls registry (but I don't have any personal experience with this).
Macy's is nice because you'll get a percentage back toward your Rewards card and I LOVE Crate and Barrel

Just so you know...Lowe's doesn't do registries anymore.  I believe Home Depot also stopped recently.

we tried to do a home depot registry and it was really a hastle. No one there really knew they did registries, and we would have had to hand write all of the numbers on a piece of paper, it wouldnt be available online, and it was for that store only. it took them about 20 minutes to try to put our names in the system, and we decided we would register all of our tools and things at sears instead. Also, when i was on the lowes website looking up the registries, there was a note that after a certain point they would no longer have registry info available.

We registered at Macy's (which we set up online), and Crate & Barrel (at one of their registry parties in-store--which I highly recommend!).
