Have we done this recently? What do you judge?

I just people who act all grinchy out in the stores during christmas - whether you are stressed or not, whether you hate this time of year or not, it is no reason to take it out on people in retail or people out in public. I hate that.

Is this going to be an epic fail because everyone is all happy and christmassy today?

No, not happy and Christmassy because Dr. Boss still has not told us the schedule for Christmas Eve day. He changes his mind mid-sentence and when we ask, he gets all bent out of shape and says it'll be patient abandonment if we don't work a full schedule (which means until 7:00 PM). We have 5 patients on the books and all in the morning. And a few minutes later, he suggests that I work while he gives non-Christmas celebrating co-worker the day off. He's ridiculous!

I judge Nebb for wanting to be judgey on Eve Eve.

I judge the family who was in the waiting room with me yesterday for getting in a knock down screaming match over the phone with someone. Really? In a hospital waiting room? Although, they did provide for a good distraction, so there's that.

I judge people who wait until the last minute to finish Christmas shopping, because they're going to be in the way of my last minute shopping today. oh, wait.

I judge my moron neighbors, all the time. No, you should not be smoking pot in an apartment complex. No, you are not allowed to have a Pit Bull... and in fact, YOU are the kind of owners that make apartment complexes have ridiculous breed-specific bans. and, no.... you should not let someone blow up your car in our parking lot.

I judge the woman at Dunkin Donuts this morning who had her double wide stroller at the counter at 7:30am (the BUSIEST time of day) with two screaming kids that we not dressed warm enough for the bitter cold and had horribly runny noses. Although, I probably judge her more because at the busiest time of day at Dunks, she managed to complete her Christmas shopping by buying so much coffee, gift certificates, mugs and crap that she made an employee carry it to her car. She also bought a box of Joe and donuts which she made another employee carry to her car because she "has kids to deal with."

And that's why i waited in line for 25 minutes at Dunks this morning.

I judge this guy at work on my team (ugh) who started pigging out on another team's party spread--before they'd even had the chance to enjoy the food. Then we all got lectured on not taking what isn't ours because he's a greedy food hog and eats other people's stuff.

I judge my coworker who feels she HAS to get everything the kids want. Ok you can't get a loan to buy a car because of your credit status and complain you are up to your eyeballs in bills your daughter does not need the newest smart phone (who is 11 btw) nor does your son NEED a new ipod because she broke the last one and then have to get your daughter the same new ipod because hers is old and your son got a new one...etc, etc, etc

I judge my brother's gf she is living at my parents, doesn't really help out, complains her work won't give her more hours (hello you work at Best Buy and it's the holiday season don't tell me they WON'T give you hours) and complains about my parents dog. Sorry chick that dog lives there you can live somewhere else.

I also judge my brother who thinks in his fairy tale world that he can get an apartment for about $500 to include two indoor parking spots, a pool, a fitness center, two bedrooms, heat and a/c included, etc. Ummm buddy sorry but you have to pick and choose and by the way the rent doesn't include cable/internet, groceries, and other utilities. And a/c is NEVER included you can have an ac but you still have to pay to run it...but what do I know

Oh, and I judge this couple behind me in line at the dollar store. He knocked something off a shelf, and she kicked it. Thus started a debate on what is "disrespectful" and the word was used probably 50 times. It went something like this:

Him (whiny): "Baby! That was disrespectful. If I knew you were gonna be disrespectul I would have just picked it up!:

Her (loud): "What's disrespectful is you yelling at me in a store! That's disrespectful!"

Him: "You're being disrespectful. I'm going to Winn-Dixie, ok baby? Baby? Baby? OK?"

her (on the phone): "I can't talk now, ma, I cant yell in a store. It's disrespectful."

I judge the idiot at the post office yesterday who was shocked that the wardrobe box he was trying to mail was going to cost $96. Not overnight, dude, that's the price for parcel post. OK, dumbass, the box is literally four feet tall and two feet square; you thought you could just drop it in the mail?

I judge the same people out shopping that Nebb does. I also judge the people who come into the store where I work and complain loudly how expensive everything is. Yes, that's kind of a thing with our store, and I can't do a damn thing about it besides get annoyed that you are the 34,682nd person to exclaim that you would NEVER pay that much for something. FWIW, I probably wouldn't shop there without coupons or an employee discount. I also judge myself for volunteering to go back to this job for this week. Ugh.

I judge myself. On Monday DH and I went to go get a couples massage when we were on a mini-moon. I just realized that I most likely left the necklace that he gave me as a wedding gift in the pocket of the white bathrobe I was wearing. I am heart broken. I emailed the hotel/spa but I don't know if it will make any difference. It wasn't expensive but it was really sentimental. DH is fine, he just said I can never be mad at him for anything ever again, as though this is a 'get out of jail free for life' card. I don't care about that, I am just really angry at myself.

I am also pissed that we didn't book our honeymoon two weeks ago. Clearly there was a sale on since the resort I wanted would now cost us $750 more each...so now we can't afford it and in general prices have soared within the last two weeks. So I judge myself for not booking then and instead waiting to see what finances looked like. I know it was the responsible thing to do but in the end we likely won't get the resort we wanted.

All I am doing is judging me.

My other brother and I both own houses, we both have rented we know the game. His lil gf also doesn't want to live further than a 10 min drive from her pt job at Best Buy sorry toots but unless you plan on working there forever give it up. But what do I know I'm just a dumb big sister (who is VERY independent).

I judge people who wait until the last minute to figure out what the plans are for a major event, such as a holiday, which causes people to go scrambling around buying extra dinner plates and panicking about candles and napkins and bullshit. I'm looking at you FI.

I judge myself for not getting this girl in my department a Christmas gift, when she went out and bought me a little set from Bath and Body Works. She's one of those weird "we exchangem but don't" people that I never know if I should buy a gift for or not. We used to do birthday gifts and that tapered off, then last year she just threw a bunch of office supplies in a bag. So I figured I was safe with a cute, huge piece of candy (it looks really cute) and a nice card. Guess not. Now I feel like a tool.

I judge our local post office. When we moved we had to request postal delivery because there was not an existing mailbox. We had to be added to the route. We requested that they hold all packages and not drop them off on the porch. The past two times we have had packages come to us they have been delivered to the house. NOT what we asked you to do.

Nah, don't feel bad nates. There are always going to be moments like this/ Obviously you are appreciative and you got something because you were thinking of her so I am sure it is fine. Why not buy her coffee a few times in the coming month or something too?

I judge my FMIL for not listening to me that I don't give a rats ass about having an ice sculpture at our wedding. I've told her several times that spending $500 on a hunk of ice that melts in a few hours is not something I care to do. So this morning I get an email from a local ice sculpture place with pictures of guitar ice sculptures that my FMIL told the place I'd probably be interested in. DANG, am I missing something? Will my wedding be suck ass because I don't have a giant ice guitar sculpture?

And just now typing this out, it dawned on me that there might be a possibility I'm getting a hunk of ice for Christmas

Im trying really hard not to but I kinda a little judge husbands who first think its acceptable NOT to get their wives a b-day gift, because its on christmas, and then after being told how important it is, drops 25 whole dollars at the DRUG STORE. I may be wrong, and this judgement will be labeled invalid if it is, but when I asked if he got my gift there he didnt say no....
