Someone to Decorate My Reception Hall (Help!)

Hello All! I am getting married this October and we seem to have almost everything checked off of the list. The only thing that is stumping me is finding someone/a company who decorates receptions halls at a reasonable price. We will provide almost if not all of the decorations, I am just looking for someone to decorate the morning of and have it ready for the reception that evening. Does anyone know of a person or company that does this in the Pittsburgh area - more specifically the Beaver County area??? Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!! Smile

My reception hall did a lot for me, but weren't able to do everything due to restrictions (centerpieces, etc). I hired Jodi Colella from Accents Unlimited to decorate and do what I couldn't do. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. She does DOC and that includes setting up the hall and decorations. Or you could ask about a custom package.

A lot of girls on here just have family/friends do it. I didn't have that option, but perhaps you do?

My venue will do the linens and set up the tables. Are you able to get in the day before to decorate? That's what we plan on doing.

We were running into that same problem too. There is only 1 1/2 hours between the time they can get in to decorate and the cocktail hour.  So we hired Jessica Halloway for DOC based off of a recommendation from another Knottie.  I love her! She is very professional and willing to help with anything. Her rates are very reasonable considering the peace of mind we'll have knowing everything is being taken care of.  If you want her contact info let me know.

Those ideas are all great. The problem is we are not guaranteed the hall until 10:00am the morning of. Our ceremony is at 4pm, so i don't have much time. The hall will put out all the linens and set-up the cookie table, but i will have to do all the other decorations myself. Family and friends are all willing to help, but if it's at 10am that morning we will be running around like crazy! Frown
