Are you sure all of your girls love uggs? I know some girls that absolutely hate them. So I would make sure that this is something they would all like.

I would only do this if you really know the taste of all of your bridemaids and you know they will absollutely love them. Most people are love it or hate it when it comes to UGGs. (I happen to be in the hate them camp).

Ditto PPs, I'd be 100% sure they all like Uggs.

I don't "hate" them, but I wouldn't really be interested in wearing them. They're just not my style.

And if you want an honest opinion, I don't think that an identical gift for each BM seems super-thoughtful. I think it'd mean more to them if you got them each a gift that they'd enjoy. I just don't think buying the exact same thing in bulk is necessarily meaningful. Maybe Uggs for a BM who you're sure would love them, and something else (concert tickets, high-quality makeup or perfume, gift card, etc.) for the girls who wouldn't?

I like the 2nd one better, but that's totally a personal preference. I'd make sure that you know your girls like uggs, and if they don't, buy those girls something different. That's just my 2 cents~

I like the ugg idea. And I like the Cardy's. I dont think its all that awful to get your BM all the same thing. I did. I got somethings they all can use and I know they will. Who doesnt love a clutch. It doesnt mean that its not personal at all. If your girls all like uggs get them and get a gift receipt just incase. Uggs are a way better gift than most BM things.

I love that idea and I want to be your bridesmaid too!! lol I voted for #1.. You can get them diffrent colors id you want but i dont think its bad at all to get them the same thing.

Awesome gift !!!!
I have both and the Argyle knit Ugg stretched too much. The Cardy Uggs lasted way better.

I love the idea but like other pp's have said make sure that they do like them and that they will wear them..otherwise it will be a waste of money. Maybe you can get them for those you think will like them and get something else for those who may not wear them.

I voted for the first ones...and I may add that I would so love to get UGGs as a BM gift!!

Definitely the Cardys, I would be very happy to receive a pair as a BM gift. While I love my regular Uggs because they are the most warm and comfortable shoes I own, they definitely aren't the most aesthetically appealing boots by far. The cardys have the warmth and comfort, but they are also super cute!

I hate them for several reasons...
1. They're ugly
2. They're uber expensive
3. Everyone has them

They really are a "love 'em or hate 'em" product.

I personally hate uggs and would not want these as a gift..but I am obviously not one of your bridesmaids so my opinion means nothing!
Picking from those two, I like the second ones better if I had to choose.

Most of the people I know that don't like Uggs, have never put their feet inside of them before. Personally not my style, but I have 3 pairs, why?, because it is like heaven for my feet.....hahaha. Snug, warm and comfy, I can't ask for more!

I voted for the first ones, and I actually asked for them for Christmas.

2. Why would you want the exact same gift/shoes as your friends?
3. I'm a HUGE fan of individualized bridesmaids gifts. It is more work, but I think it is worth it at the end.

You know those are fake, right? I wouldn't recommend buying bridesmaids counterfeit Uggs.

I agree with Danes that same gift does not necessarily mean that the girls won't like it or that it isn't personal. It isn't that much of a stretch to think that your closest friends may all have similar tastes. Mine certainly do. That's why we're friends -- we have things in common.

I voted for cardy. I have them and love them and think they're very cute. I think they're far cuter than regular Uggs (which I also have, but only because they're practical -- I know they're hideous). If you know your girls like that style of shoe, I think that's a great choice.

One note though -- the sizing is kind of weird. I usually wear an 8/8.5, and the 8s are too big on me (while the 7 are way too small). So I have them, but they aren't all that comfortable because they're always slipping off. I'd definitely make sure it would be easy for your girls to exchange them.

I would be a happy little bridesmaid if I got that gift.

I personally have a pair of the UGG Cardy's and they are awesome! They are not only warm, but stylish because they can be worn two different ways. But I would deff make sure your bm's like them because they are expensive and not everyone likes them.
