  Some of those photographers are WAY above $3-5k. 
  
  I also recommend Matthew Douglas.  We aren't using him, but he was our second choice.  Another recommendation is Figtree.  They both have nice work.

  Best decision that we made was to hire Elena Mitchell. She is amazing if you like your photos not to be staged but candid. I believe it cost us 4 for her. I got over 1,000 pics from her and I loved everything because she is talented and has the eye to capture people having fun. She made me look good

  we will most likely be using erica lyn from www.ericalynphotography for our wedding next Sept. We just fell in love with her work and her approach.
