I'm down a half a pound since last friday. But, down 2.5 since this week began! (I gained weight over the weekend) Need to start exercising, from what I understand that helps! Going with FI to the track tomorrow, hope that will motivate me for the rest of the week to keep at it!
I only went to the gym 2 times, and lost one pound. still 20 more to go!! I have been eating well still, wish that would help more though! I want some french fries! lol
Haven't weighed in, but definitely have more definition in my guns after two weeks of biceps, triceps, shoulderpresses and the like. 3lb weights in the morning while eating breakfast, 2 sets of 10 reps of 7 moves definitely gets me motivated for my day.
