I need to find a company that can do the set up/clean up for Bellingham... I'm worried about the cost..

How much do Day-of corrindators run? Anyone have a good one?

My DOC is great and very affordable! Her website is manettegracie.blogspot.com

......Bellingham is far. You'd probably have the best luck looking up there for caterers. Also try weddingwire. They have a lot of vendors on their site.

Hunting for an affordable hair/makeup person for myself and MOH and BMd in the Tacoma/Gig Harbor area.  Mine cancelled on me last week.

Also need help not being so disappointed about the "no" rsvp's we are getting.  Some are real surprises and to be honest I'm bummed!

Yeah I hear that a lot though. This one is very "affordable" what does that even mean? Everyone's verson of "affordable" is different. And DOCs don't just point blank post their pricing online. oi.

I'm sorry that you're bummed about the nos :( That's a bummer.. don't let it bring you down though.. it's not personal.. it could just be the plans people already have set ya know? especially if your wedding day is on a holiday weekend. (idk if that's the case, just sayin)

EDIT: Your person actually posts pricing! That is awesome! I will e-mail her to see how far she travels or if she has any suggestions for peopel up here. Thank you!

I'm having trouble with the same thing, Kimberly - it's hard to think of things, isn't it? I don't want it all to be food and drinks, either. Hmmm.

we're doing those too, and considering:
    - different washington wines (soo many to choose from, so we're going to be specific to each guest/couple dependiing on if they like a certain red/white)
-starbucks via (since hotel coffee is blah! and the bucks is from here, duh :P )
    -market spice tea
    -a couple apples ;)
-a couple bagels from the local shop (yumm) with some smoked salmon lox for a yummy NW breakfast
-and a couple other things, well hop down to the coop to find a couple "made in washington" things..

Keep in mind that these people are from OOT.. so that means they have to travel BACK and probably won't want a lot to carry with them in addition to the stuff they brought (especially now that people try to not bring a lot of stuff on the airlines since they charge so much if you're not military). For this reason, we're trying to stick to all edibles, as well as a little "welcome" card with things to do in the area.
