Last night FI and I had dinner at the restuarant where we're having our rehearsal dinner, and on the way out, I stopped to say hi to the manager and said we look forward to having the rehearsal on May 5th, and then we started walking home. When we got to the light at the corner, we turned around and our waiter was running quickly behind us - he stopped us and asked "is the dinner the 5th or the 4th?" I realized my mistake, I had said the 5th because the wedding has been on my mind, and I had meant the 4th. It was so great that they chased after us to double check!
