Hey all!! I've been MIA for a little bit. I was on vacation for the holidays all last week and things have been busy at work since I got back. I hope everyone had a nice Christmas and New Years!
I went back to the gym for the first time last night and I am feeling it today! My legs are sore, so I'll be stretching a lot tonight. I also plan to run between 3 and 5 miles. We'll see how my body does. I was only able to get in 2 runs over my break.
How did everyone else do?
