Outdoor wedding venue with food trucks?

I would really like to have an outdoor wedding with food trucks, but haven't been able to find a pretty place that had convenient bathrooms that would be appropriately nice for a wedding.  I would really appreciate any ideas/suggestions.  Has anyone been to a wedding that was catered by a food truck that was in a fun location?

    if you've seen pretty places you liked without convenient bathrooms... did you think about renting bathrooms? places like aztec tents & events will rent pretty nice portable restrooms.    and i havent been to a wedding with a food truck (tho seen pictures), but ive been to a halloween party with one.. it was great!

    Take a look at www.TownHallTexas.com - 10 acres to do what you want to (outside catering allowed - food trucks and all!) and 5 mins from The Woodlands.  Great for outdoor weddings and has a/c reception hall with  bathroom facilities.
