I think my sister thinks I dress like an idiot. My bachelorette party is this weekend. We're going to my FIL's place on the lake and it's just going to be my bridesmaids, Ben's sisters, my personal attendant, and the moms. Other than that, I have no idea.

Actual exchange between my sister and I just now:

Sis: So what are you wearing tomorrow?
Me: I dunno, jeans probably.
Sis: Yeah, jeans, but we should dress cute like we are going to a party instead of casual don't you think?
Me: I have no idea what's going on at this party so I was just going to dress like I normally dress.
Sis: Yeah... but really cute! It's your day! You gotta look cute!
Me: I don't look cute every day?
Sis: Well you do, but you should look extra cute.
Me: What does that even mean?

You know what's awesome? This is all over text message.

Also, I hate FedEx. HATE.

Is anyone even still here?

Is she trying to hint that you should be dressed up because you're doing something? I get the vibe that she's trying to say dress up, but she doesn't want to give away the "surprise" of what you're doing.

So basically, I have to wear jeans, with "EXTRA CUTE" across the butt, with a pink bow in my hair. Going for the whole effect here.

I have no idea Nates - my FIL's house is in the middle of freaking nowhere so I can't imagine we'd be doing anything like, going anywhere.

If she wants me to dress up, she could just tell me to dress up. She doesn't have to be all "you should dress extra cute" about it.

If she's trying to keep it a secret she's doing a good job, lol, I didn't even get an invitation.
