Our old Operator union BA came in the other day.  No idea why.

He is currently retired, but these guys stay in the loop.  Apparently the younger generation <~28 are filing grievances lately because guys will steal their machines.  I'm talking machines their bosses own.  They get out...walk away and someone else hops in them.  TO WORK.

Uh.  No, that does NOT fit the definition of steal.

    HA!  We have lots of loyalty within our company to OUR company even though our employees are part of the union.  It's just sad to see what it's come to.
