Dear..........

Dear BM,
I love you to death and I can't imagine my wedding day without you there.  I thought everything was going smooth, then 3 weeks before my wedding you drop the "financial difficulty" bomb on me.  I really do understand your financial troubles... but 3 weeks before my wedding you ask me if you can add one guest (someone to drive you here b/c you can't afford it yourself) and I said ok (and totally blew our "no +1" thing)... but then you ask about a second guest so the first guest won't be bored sitting all by herself all day.
Come on.... seriously.

What?!  That's ridiculous.  I don't think people realize what they're asking for when they do things like this.  Awhile back one of my bridesmaids (who lives OOT) said that her boyfriend wouldn't be able to come with her to the wedding.  A few days ago she texted me to ask if she could bring a different "date".  I said yes, but I wasn't thrilled about it.

    Dear Mom,

You know I love you and I feel bad b/c I know with dad OOT so much youre alone a lot, but your constant talking is killing me. You watched me lay down on lunch and pass out and yet I could hear you still trying to talk to me. You also know from my 25 yrs of life that Im miserable and want to be left alone when I wake up, so when I snap b/c you didnt take a single breathe the whole 15 min back to work, please understand.

People are inherently stupid. Weddings make it painfully obvious -- KevinandMonica

LOL...and only because I can totally relate!  I can always send my mom over to keep her company!  (She has been a "homemaker" for the past 35 years and will talk your ear off!  Simple phone conversations last for like 20 minutes!!!
