Ceremony Musicians

Hi all,
  I'm having my wedding ceremony this fall at Colt State Park and was wondering if anyone could recommend someone to perform the wedding ceremony music?  I was just thinking of something simple (string quartet, or flute/guitar etc) and was hoping for reasonably priced as well.  I just got a quote for $450 for one hour which seems really high to me...

    We're using Angela with stringscalm-they have all kinds of combos of instruments and are very reasonably priced. aishyr@gmail.com is Angela's email address. She's been really great to work with and helpful with music selections, how instruments go together with various songs, etc. $450 for an hour of a string trio isn't bad compared to much of the pricing out there, but Angela is more reasonably priced. On another note, you could check out gigmasters.com where you put your info out there and musicians bid on your event.

    Our guitarist is Matt Kearns, we found him on gigmasters.com.  He is reasonably priced and very easy to work with...

    Check out gigmasters.  We did & found Gaku Murata - we hired him as a solo guitarist but he also plays in a trio & quartet I believe.  He was easy to work with & played beautifully!

    We used Stringscalm at our May wedding and LOVED them! All of our guests were raving and Angela is a sweetheart :)

    We just hired Samantha  Gillogly. She is a violinist and she is only charging us 215 for an hour and a half. We found her on gigmaster and I have to say that out of all of the vendors I have been working with she is by far my favorite. If you google her name she actually has quite a bit of stuff on youtube. She is also super flexible and willing to work with you in regards to what you music you want.

    I'm also using stringscalm but my 1 hour ceremony fee is $600 for a string trio.... hmmmmmmm
