Bride's reception attire...

I know I am going to have to change out of my dress after taking pictures and stuff.... our wedding is going to be really casual, I would like to change into something comfortable, possibly a pink satin/silk halter top and jeans or nice pants... or a hippy style dress... can anyone suggest a good website?

Re: Bride's reception attire...

  • Victoria's Secret has a good selection of casual tops ands dressing in their clothing section.

I also really like the dress selection at Anthropologie

Or if you want to wear a maxi dress, Old Navy and Target have a good selection of them
  • Casual or not, seriously don't change into jeans at your wedding...
  • I know but, we are calling this our recession wedding, lol... it's going to be very casual.... I will probably get some black dress pants...

Ditto.  You can be VERY comfortable in a pretty maxi dress or sundress and it would be much more appropriate, IMO.

    Something like these:

  • Yes, any kind of dress or skirt and top would be fine. I am doing a maxi dress for after the reception is over.
  • Alright, alright... thanks for the links!
