but I started a 7-day cleanse today Undecided It's not the best tasting thing ever and I am worried about the 'afterwards' of drinking it but I've heard great things about it so I was curious to try it. We'll see how it goes and I'll keep you posted without too much information :)

    uh oh, those are never pleasant!  what is it?  im curious to try...  but not before the wedding- im not sure im emotionally stable enough for it right now!

    I would be worried about loosing too much weight that my dress won't fit... hopefully you don't have a bad reaction to it.

    I tried one once. It wasn't pretty. It was a 3 day cleanse from Beach Body and you couldn't eat anythng...drink the stuff that tasted like chocolate chalk and a lot of water. After 2 days I gave up. You'll loose water weight. Just be careful. If you start getting light headed, I would eat something. You'll be cranky for sure. Good luck with that. I'd never do it again.

    Its not one where I can't eat, I would never survive anything like that! You just mix this natural liquid stuff into 32oz of water and drink the whole thing throughout the day. I started it yesterday and have only had  one 'issue', if you know what I mean. I still eat 3 meals a day with it so nothing too extreme.
