I think he should be prosecuted. I agree with what iluvmytxrgr said.

ETA: especially if he is receiving benefits/discounts he doesn't deserve. I don't understand someone who could just lie like that. Not to mention the last 2 Medal of Honor awards have been highly publicized and televised. I know I remember the names of the last 2 I've seen. An award that big would be super easy to look up to see if he really got it

Doesn't the guy look like a big enough asshole for lying about being a Marine? I'm assuming it defeats the whole purpose of lying in the first place. He lost all credit.

Just to clarify the Supreme Court is ruling on the constitutionality of this law right?

Well it was ruled unconstitutional by the lower courts, so the Supreme Court is ruling to uphold or overturn that.
