T-Shirt Screen Printing?

DH is doing his 2nd IronMan Triathlon in November in Arizona, and I want to get an "IronWife" shirt made somewhere, with our last name on the back. But I don't know any places where I can go and custom make a t-shirt.

I want to bring my own shirt, so I know that it fits...so I don't want anything online for that reason.

Have any of you ladies had any good experiences with screen printing places around the DFW area? I live in Las Colinas, so somewhere close around that general area would be awesome...

Yes...I have googled, btw :) I just want some opinions.

The only places I know will want you to get 12.  I know you want to get your own shirt done but Zazzle does custom printing and I think I got to pick my specific shirt.

When my best friend got married, I used a place in the Frisco mall. I'm not sure if it's still there, but they were easy to work with and I brought in my own shirts. They are on the first level next to JCPenny.

Just to suggest an alternative to screenprinting:
    IRON ON!
You can buy the "paper" at Wal Mart (or any office supply store) - they make paper for white or dark shirts - (if you are using a black shirt that is not 100% cotton, it will come out sligthly discolored - kind of looks "antiqued")

The main reason I suggest this is because screenprinting prices go down by volume - many smaller shirt shops aren't going to want to take on a single item (or it will be pricey for you)

    Just a suggestion :)
...ya know, if you're feeling crafty!

I would check out Fibers.com for Wedding or Custom T-Shirts because there are no minimum quantities You can personalize a shirt with your own text or images and add it to the front or back. You can even make the shirt look vintage or distressed. It can be much easier ordering online than going to try and find a t-shirt printer who can get you what you need.
