Morning ladies.

I slept like crap too and had to get up at 7am to go with my mom for a biopsy. She was really nervous so they gave her a lorazapan and now she is zonked out in my spare bedroom, lol.

Its beautiful out right now. I wish all summer weather was this way!

Good morning all, after all the pork chop talk last night I made some for dinner. Nebb, I was going to use your recipe but I got home to find I didn't have any cream of mushroom soup. So I just breaded them in a little flour and spices and put them in a hot skillet that had a little olive oil in it. I was definitely overcooking them before, they turned out great this time! I hope all you sick ones get to feeling better.

Sounds like everyone is sick or feeling like crap. Feel better folks!

I just caught up on the Shingles thread and I'm still reeling about Brandi's inlaws. If someone were contagious and went to a wedding that's beyond shittastic. I'd be livid. I went to multiple "exposure parties" as a kid and never got the chicken pox despite my parents attempts to make me miserable. People are crazy.

I am sad because I am trying to start up 2 part-time jobs right now and it's taking more time than I thought. The process for this bank teller position is long. I finally got to the part where you talk to the local hire person to set up the interview with the actual branch manager and I'm stuck. They called me when I was out of the country for the HM, I called her back and she was on vacation. Just got ahold of her finally and now the branch manager is on vacation until Monday. It's like a horrible game of phone tag. I'm supposed to get everything set with job 2 once I've got everything set with job 1. Bahh it's frustrating, I want to be working.

I'm recovering from a headache this morning, so I'm kind of under the weather as well. I woke up with it at like 3 am. I went back to sleep figuringi t'd be gone when I woke up. Not so much. I ended up skipping myw orkout and just laying around. It's mostly gone, but I still feel kinda blegh and tired.

We're having dinner tonight with some friends, so I'm very excited for that. H is hardcore on the prowl right now for a used truck and he keeps sending me links. I'm not very smart when it comes to that stuff, so it all looks the same to me. I am getting kind of annoyed so I told him to only send me a link if he truly wants to go test drive it and possibly buy it.

Last night wasn't a full moon. A week ago Thursday was a full moon.

I had a strange dream about a phone call that was so vivid I had to check my phone to make sure it didn't happen.

And, my boss just made me cry out on the floor in front of all of the staff. She wasn't being mean, I'm just being emotional and exhausted. She was being tough and fair. But, it's not the first time she's made me cry and she knows I cry easily and ignores it. But, it still sucks. She usually does it in her office so it's not on the floor, I don't think she expected it this morning.

No, it wasn't a scolding, and no one else could hear her. Just a statement of how one of her peers handled something in a way that could end up being bad for me. I didn't do anything wrong really, I did what someone asked, when I should have directed them elsewhere. I can be too helpful. And, now she has more work because of what I did. She came out to clarify some information from me and it morphed into why what I did wasn't vey wise.

And, no I certainly didn't throw myself on the floor. There were a few tears. I doubt anyone other than my cohort across my cube, my boss, and my other neighbor saw it.

Aw, I hope everyone feels better soon and everyone gets to sleep tonight. I've been there, and it sucks.

I'm on my last day of vacation, and I do not want to go back. I mean, I like the people I work with for the most part, I'm management, I've been there for six years and I get great benefits. But damn, it's stressful sometimes. I wish I could go back to before I got promoted (keeping the salary, of course) and go back to what I liked doing in the first place.

Add me to the list of no-sleepers. Was up well past 11:00 last night and up by 3:40. The 3 hour meeting I have to go to mid-day is really not going to be fun. I do have to leave a bit early for it though to go get my eye checked out. Something weird is going on with my good eye, which I hope is nothing.

Hope all of you feeling cruddy start feeling better and that all tests and procedures go well too.
